• You must formally request your high school transcript to be sent to your college of choice.

• Check with your high school on how to request your transcript.

Dual Enrollment

• If you have taken any dual enrollment classes you will also need to request a final transcript from them.

• If you are currently taking dual enrollment classes, you will wait until you have completed the class and grades have been issued prior to submitting your request.

• The cost should be around $5.
